ORDERS

Is it possible to modify my order?

After validation of your order, you will no longer be able to modify it. Changes of address, size or color will no longer be possible. Can I cancel my order?

DELIVERIES

How to track my order ?

When your order is sent, you will receive an email with a tracking number. Thanks to this number, you will be able to follow the journey of your favorite items from our warehouses to your mailbox or the chosen relay point.

What is the delivery delay ?

The delivery time with Colissimo is 72 hours (excluding weekends and public holidays) once the package leaves our warehouses (i.e. the working day after your order).
These deadlines may be extended by carriers if they are faced with a large order volume.

Which country do you deliver to?

WATTS products can be delivered to France, Germany, Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Spain, Ireland, Italy, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Portugal, Sweden, Canada, United States, United Kingdom & Switzerland.

What are the different delivery methods?

In mainland France you can be delivered with Mondial Relay, Colissimo against signature or Chronopost (delivered the next day before 6 p.m.). Outside France you will be delivered with Chronopost. You can find all the information on delivery methods right here .

After-sales service

My item is defective, what should I do?

Have you received a defective item? WATTS undertakes to return the defective product. This process will not cost you anything. So that this exchange can take place, please contact customer service at contact@watts-team.com

RETURNS AND REFUNDS

How do I return my order?

Is it possible to make an exchange?

It is not possible to exchange an item. If you wish to change size, you will need to make a return and recommend the item in the correct size. You can make your return request by clicking on the following link: https://watts-team.com/pages/contact

When will I receive my refund?

Customers will be refunded in full for their orders, at the invoice price except for delivery costs within 30 days of receipt by WATTS of the returned products in the event of return of the products by post. Reimbursement will be made by credit to the payment method used by the buyer when ordering. Once the refund has been made, it will appear within 7 days in your account (depending on your bank's deadlines).

PRODUCT INFORMATION

How do I maintain my items?

To ensure that your products last over time, we recommend machine washing at 30° maximum. Please note, some products require more precautions. To avoid taking any risks, you can opt for the dry cleaning option which will take good care of your favorite products.

How do I find my size?

To take full advantage of WATTS products, they must be your size. We have provided you with a size guide on our product sheets.

There are no WATTS stores. However, you can find our products at various resellers. To find out which stores are near you, you can consult the list of our resellers.
