Important information!

Shipments will be suspended from December 27, 2022 to January 3, 2023. All orders placed during this period will be shipped on January 3, 2023.

Customer service will not be available from the evening of December 23 until the morning of January 2.
Our manager being the only one to manage this, she will process all your requests as soon as she returns from vacation.
Rest assured, she will process all your requests upon her return.

Returns are extended and costs are our responsibility until January 31, 2023 for orders placed before December 31, 2022.

Your product does not suit you or you have changed your mind? You have 14 days after receiving your order to return it.

To make returns, you must return your products in the original packaging and include the delivery note or invoice so that we can reimburse you.

We remind you that the return costs are your responsibility. Without proof of dispatch, a lost package cannot be refunded.
