RETURNS

A product doesn't suit you or you've changed your mind? You have 30 days after receiving the order to return it.

For all orders placed between November 25 and December 25, the return period is extended until January 31.

To make your return, please use the return form.

A product returned without its label still attached and its original packaging cannot be accepted by our services and will be charged to you.

Countries outside of France, Belgium, Germany, Luxembourg, and the Netherlands must cover their own return shipping costs by requesting the procedure via our contact form.

* From the moment your order is entrusted to the carrier. Orders are processed the same day if you order before 10 a.m. (French time), or the next day excluding weekends and public holidays. You will receive an email notifying you of the shipment of your order and indicating the tracking number. Sending is carried out outside weekends and public holidays and can be extended during peak periods.

** European countries served are: Germany, Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Spain, Ireland, Italy, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Portugal, United Kingdom Sweden & Switzerland.

**Countries served internationally are: Canada & United States. These countries are subject to customs fees, which are the responsibility of the customer.
