A product does not suit you or you have changed your mind? You have 14 days after receipt of the order to return it.
Here is the procedure to follow to make a return:
2/ Our customer service will respond to you within 48 working hours giving you instructions for making your return.
For your return to be validated, you must return the products in their original packaging and include the return form received by email during the procedure or the invoice so that we can reimburse you.
We remind you that the return costs are your responsibility.
Without proof of dispatch, a lost package cannot be refunded.
